How to Find the property you are looking for in Rishikesh?

This is Sushil Ranakoti and I have been dealing in selling and purchasing various properties in Rishikesh. So far, I have worked with different people in India and abroad. After working for 5 years now, I have realized that some reformation is required in this business domain. I am working towards it while providing all my customer the best experience which can be resulted as healthy as possible for us.

• The main problem I struggled with over the years is, people call you for services, gather information and then they never call back. You just invested your 1 hour describing everything and it's a waste!

• People call you, ask for information, ask for photos and estimate and location etc. You go around gathering information and take photographs and send it to them via whatsapp and they don't respond.

• You take them with your car to different location to show them the property and one after another. End of the day, they gone and you realized that they are no more interested.

My question is, do they even realized that if they are not going to buy anything from this dealer, they must give him some payment which he has offered him with an AC car and the time someone gave? Sometimes whole day! 

After struggling a lot, I have decided that I will be charging people 5000 INR, an initial amount as consultation charge just to ensure if they are genuinely interested in buying to selling the property they have been talking about.

Rishikesh property ensures that you will be give priority and will find the suitable property for its client as per their description and until they don't get it, we will keep looking for more options.

I think that's fair on both end!

I would like to have genuine people to associated with where my energy isn't getting waste and my time is being respected!
